The Aebi Group is looking for our DACH Sales Operations Team at the CH-Burgdorf location for a:
Sales Back Office Agent "Kehrmaschinen" -100% - (m/f)
Your tasks with a focus on Kehrmaschinen:
End-to-end management of customer orders, starting from quotation preparation through order entry to delivery and invoicing, in coordination with the respective field sales force
Technical elaboration of complex procurement tenders from municipal customers in close coordination with sales and plants
Ensuring smooth order processing as an interface between the sales department, production plants, and freight forwarders
Communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders regarding shipping schedules, collection dates, and transport agreements
Monitoring and updating the shipping and order status in the SAP system according to the agreed conditions
Ensuring full compliance with internal process requirements
Support in administrative processes related to the domestic sales organizations (LSOs)
Your background:
You have a technical education from the agricultural or construction machinery industry and bring initial professional experience in sales in connection with municipal procurement processes
You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, at least level B2; other foreign languages are an advantage
You have knowledge in using MS Office and SAP R/3 MM module
You are open, a team player, and impress with your professional appearance
Communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness are among your strengths
You are customer-oriented, enjoy customer contact, and have experience in knowledge transfer
