In connection with the internal teams, you will participate in the deployment of purchasing methods and tools, monitoring of suppliers, and optimization of costs, deadlines, and performance, while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: • Participate in defining and deploying the purchasing strategy according to the company's objectives • Ensure supplier panel management: sourcing, qualification, approval, performance evaluation, and dispute monitoring • Optimize purchasing conditions, negotiate prices, deadlines, and contracts, and contribute to securing supplies • Manage calls for tenders, conduct comparative analyses, and monitor purchasing indicators to improve supplier performance • Perform permanent market monitoring to anticipate product developments, supply, and demand • Provide operational support to procurement teams and project teams through your expertise in purchasing methods and tools Profile ### • Recognized training in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement, such as CAS, federal certificate, HEG / HES, or deemed equivalent • Experience in industrial purchasing, ideally in a technical industrial environment • Solid theoretical background in purchasing and mastery of professional tools: sourcing, calls for tenders, supplier analysis, negotiation, contracting, TCO, KPI, and ERP / SAP • Ability to structure purchasing processes and apply acquired methods beyond mere field experience • Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy, cost and deadline awareness, as well as good prioritization skills • Languages: French, German, or English Benefits: • An attractive and varied position within a human-sized industrial company looking to the future • An environment that values team spirit, individual responsibility, and employee development Purchaser (M/F) / Fixed
