You are responsible for taking orders, providing specialized technical advice, and processing orders. You process and follow up on orders and carry out product clarifications with our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers by telephone on products, prices, delivery times, as well as technical or organizational requests. In short, you are the link between our customers, our suppliers, and the internal departments.

We are looking for a person capable of working in a team, resistant to stress and responsible, ideally with a training as an electrical installer CFC or electrical installer CFC and a few years of professional experience. You like to work autonomously and appreciate contact with customers. You have a sense of reflection and possess solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both spoken and written, is irreproachable, and your communication skills complement your profile.
