To accompany us, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who will work in close collaboration with the business services and the technical teams of the digital transformation, and particularly in contact with the teams of the Group General Secretariat, actuarial, and document management.

The various missions awaiting you:

Analysis activities:

• Identify, collect, and structure business needs and associated risks/opportunities (notably around privacy protection, communication and branding, IT security, sustainability, etc.)
• Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements, taking into account IT and regulatory constraints
• Collaborate with technical teams and architects to guarantee the consistency of proposed solutions and integrations (API, microservices, Cloud, etc.)
• Evaluate operational and technological risks as well as dependencies related to the requested evolutions
• Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives (internal and/or external)

Management and coordination activities:

• Lead scoping workshops with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and partners)
• Facilitate communication between the business units (product owners, business referents, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams.
• Participate in functional tests and UAT phases, ensuring coverage of sensitive requirements and end-to-end traceability
• Contribute to document governance (traceability, compliance, reporting, follow-up of audit recommendations).

Your profile:

• At least 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical orientation and ideally in the Swiss insurance/financial field
• Higher education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other title deemed equivalent) with a focus on IT / management
• Good knowledge and understanding of business and regulatory processes in the Swiss insurance or financial sector (FINMA, LPD, RGPD, etc.)
• Versatile experience: business analysis, solution integration, collaboration within agile teams (product owners, developers, QA/test, scrum master) and participation in UAT
• An understanding of global IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) and key issues related to the Cloud
• Very good mastery of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) combined with very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). A certification (IIBA/BABOK or PMI-BA) is an asset
• Native French speaker, mastery of English (oral and written, minimum B2 level), knowledge of German would be a real asset
• You stand out through your solution orientation and your proactivity. Possessing very good interpersonal skills, you like working both independently and in a team. Your communication skills are excellent and your curiosity motivates you to learn new things.
