Public Health Consultant

The employer is looking for a:

Health Consultant / Health Coach (professional retraining)

Tasks:

• acquisition of clients/potential clients, assistance and consultation
• conduct consultation interviews with interested clients (in person or online)
• searching for solutions: help our clients define health goals and put them into practice in daily life (e.g., in the areas of nutrition, physical activity and stress management)
• accompaniment: you will act as a constant point of reference and motivate clients on their journey
• administration: you will record and manage the consultation interviews

Requirements:

• professional experience: you have already gained work experience in another sector (e.g., in customer service, human resources, sales, pedagogy, catering or fitness)
• soft skills: you possess high interpersonal skills, empathy and a strong interest in health-related topics
• communication talent: you are an excellent communicator, you know how to listen well and explain complex topics in an understandable way
• language skills: good command of written and spoken German; good oral command of Swiss German (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• willingness to learn: you like to acquire new specialist knowledge in the field of health and prevention
• excellent oral knowledge of Swiss German
• good knowledge of German and Italian

Ihre Aufgaben: Was Sie erwartet
Kunden/Interessenten Gewinnung Betreuung und Beratung

• Sie führen Beratungsgespräche mit Interessierten Kundinnen und Kunden (persönlich oder online).
• Lösungsfindung: Sie unterstützen unsere Klienten dabei, gesundheitliche Ziele zu definieren und im Alltag umzusetzen (z.B. in den Bereichen Ernährung, Bewegung und Stressmanagement).
• Begleitung: Sie fungieren als kontinuierlicher Ansprechpartner/in und motivieren die Kundinnen und Kunden auf ihrem Weg.
• Administration: Sie erfassen die Beratungsgespräche und verwalten diese.

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Berufserfahrung: Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung in einem anderen Tätigkeitsfeld gesammelt (z.B. aus Kundendienst, HR, Vertrieb, Pädagogik, Gastronomie oder Fitness).
• Lebenskompetenz: Sie verfügen über eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Gesundheitsthemen.
• Kommunikationstalent: Sie sind ein starker Kommunikator, der gut zuhören kann und komplexe Dinge verständlich erklärt.
