• Together with your team, you bear overall responsibility for the finance and controlling tasks of Securitas AG and act as a business partner towards the executive management and the regions.
• Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements as well as for the financial steering and performance measurement of the company.
• Ensuring day-to-day business, periodic reporting and various analyses (especially financial and liquidity reporting, financial planning (budget/forecast/investments), performance management, risk management).
• Responsibility for the Internal Control System (ICS) as well as for company-wide risk management and ensuring statutory financial reporting (according to Swiss GAAP FER).
• Responsibility for internal audits in the regional directorates as well as main contact person for external audits.
• Leading the Finance & Controlling specialist commission as well as responsibility for the further development of finance systems (ERP, reporting and controlling solutions) and leading cross-departmental projects.

What you bring ##

• Completed degree in business administration (university/FH) with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting as well as ideally further higher education in the field of finance and accounting or controlling
• Several years of professional and leadership experience as well as leadership competence in a senior function in the finance and controlling area of a larger company
• High IT affinity as well as sound knowledge in SAP FI/CO, Power BI and modern reporting and ERP systems; experience in the further development of financial processes and system landscapes is an advantage
• Proficient German, very good French skills (spoken & written)
• Winning and confident appearance and the ability to work constructively with different stakeholder groups
