Senior ServiceNow Developer (w/m/d) WHAT YOU DO Development of new features and integrations based on architectural specifications and best practice Ensuring clean code, maintainable design, and comprehensible documentation Conducting technical analyses and supporting solution designs Supporting platform standardization and the reduction of technical customizing Collaboration on continuous improvements of the platform and development processes Analysis and resolution of technical problems within the framework of incidents and service requests WHAT YOU BRING Several years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST integrations) Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM You are ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified Good understanding of platform architecture, data models, and technical contexts Enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to communicate technical solutions understandably Understanding of platform operation, maintainability, upgradeability, and technical quality You are quality-conscious, think solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work as well as the collective success of the team High degree of personal responsibility, OOTB-first mindset, and enjoyment of collaborating in an interdisciplinary platform team WHO WE ARE We are something like employer, family, newsroom, digitals, and freaks in one.
