To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a: Grinder mechanic 100% (M/F/X) Your mission At the heart of product development, you produce high-precision prototypes and tooling, often unique, in a stimulating technical environment. You accompany and train our apprentices throughout the entire duration of their curriculum. Your responsibilities Setup on centerless grinding, flat lapping, and superfinishing machines Setup for tribofinishing operations Carrying out machining operations by material removal Control of the various machined parts Guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards First-level maintenance of equipment Your profile You benefit from a CFC in production mechanic, polymechanic, or a training deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience of minimum 3 years in a similar function Comfortable in reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy Good knowledge of ISO programming Methodical spirit, solution-oriented, rigor and ability to organize your work and your priorities according to expectations Fluent use of MS Office IT tools Workplace: 2504 Bienne (BE) Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
