For our site in Oensingen, we are looking for a creative and technically competent person as a packaging product developer m/f/d (100 %)

Your ideas take shape ##

• You develop individual corrugated cardboard and solid board packaging and displays - from the first sketch to CAD design and prototype to the solution ready for mass production.
• You lead development projects in the fields of packaging and retail.
• You create prototypes on the plotter cutter and verify function, material use, and feasibility.
• You advise internal and external partners on complex technical issues.
• You coordinate the procurement of cutting tools.
• You write technical documents and convincing presentations.
• You actively contribute your ideas to innovation projects and creative special manufactures.

What you bring ##

• A training as a packaging technologist CFC, ideally with a specialization in development, or a basic technical training with experience in development and design
• Good knowledge of ArtiosCAD as well as experience in using a plotter cutter
• Practice in the development of displays and packaging solutions
• Creativity, technical flair, and pleasure in taking on special challenges
• Conceptual thinking as well as an autonomous and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
• Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
