Your tasks
Support of the internal sales team as well as ensuring professional customer service
Planning and implementation of sales, product, and employee training
Creation and follow-up of offers, estimates, and tender documents
Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
Procurement, assortment maintenance, and price negotiations with suppliers as well as participation in promotions and advertising
Close cooperation with field service, logistics, suppliers, and internal departments
Your strengths
Completed commercial or manual training
Experience in procurement or sales, preferably in the field of wood-based materials
Experience in product management, ideally in the field of wood-based materials, construction products, or construction
Comprehensive knowledge of different types of wood-based materials and their application
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude in dealing with customers
Good German language skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of French is an advantage
