Our client is an established and esteemed company in the trade of components for commercial vehicles. Strong technical expertise forms the basis for long-standing supplier and customer relationships. To complement the sales department, we are looking for a specialist with corresponding professional and industry experience.

Your tasks

• Advising customers on the telephone
• Acquiring new customers
• Processing the quotation system
• Handling orders from stock and in cooperation with suppliers
• Scheduling of goods and special items
• Collaborating with the field service
• Processing warranty claims
• Maintaining customer data
• Taking over deputy roles within the team

Your profile

• Basic technical training in the commercial vehicle industry
• Commercial further education or corresponding professional experience
• Enjoyment of customer contact and customer consulting
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Flexible and open personality
• Organized and punctual way of working
• German: Stylistically proficient (C1) / French or English: Good knowledge (B1) is an advantage
