Logistics Specialist for Goods Receipt & Incoming Goods 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a logistics specialist (m/f/d) who supports the goods receipt and incoming goods area with care and commitment. All activities assigned by the supervisor in the area of goods receipt and incoming goods are carried out safely and according to specifications.

Goods Receipt:

• Checking delivered goods for transport damage
• Checking delivered goods for completeness according to the delivery note
• Organization of storage space for delivered goods in the incoming goods area, so that incoming goods can be carried out according to process specifications and space is available for further deliveries
• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness in the logistics area
• Carrying out waste and recycling processes
• Assistance for or in other areas of logistics

Incoming Goods:

• Processing of delivered goods using systems
• Providing information to appropriate departments regarding the processed goods as required
• Distribution of processed goods within the company
• Replenishment & supply of packaging items for production final inspection
• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness in the logistics area
• Carrying out waste and recycling processes
• Assistance for or in other areas of logistics

All activities assigned by the supervisor in the area of Bimos raw material warehouse are carried out safely and according to specifications.

• Booking in and storing the delivered goods
• Preparation of materials for production
• Picking according to specifications for production
• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness in the logistics area
• Carrying out waste and recycling processes
• Assistance for or in other areas of logistics

All activities assigned by the supervisor in the area of Silicon warehouse are carried out safely and according to specifications

• Booking in and storing the delivered goods
• Preparation of materials for production
• Picking according to specifications for production
• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness in the logistics area
• Carrying out waste and recycling processes
• Assistance for or in other areas of logistics

All activities assigned by the supervisor in the area of End Products warehouse are carried out safely and according to specifications

• Checking delivered end products from production for completeness physically against papers on the material
• Checking delivered end products from production for completeness of the papers against the system
• Booking in and storing the delivered end products
• Picking according to Warehouse Task for deliveries to customers
• Packaging of end products and others according to process specification for deliveries to customers
• Ensuring the storage and handling of end products to avoid damage and quality loss
• Ensuring the availability and replenishment of used packaging materials
• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness in the logistics area
• Carrying out waste and recycling processes
• Assistance for or in other areas of logistics

Additional tasks

• Support of regular stock controls and inventories.
• Supplying production lines with small chemical containers

Requirements

o Training in the field of logistics or as a Logistics Specialist EFZ is an advantage
o Several years of professional experience in warehouse and/or production logistics
o Ideally with experience in handling dangerous goods and hazardous substances
o Very good communication and teamwork skills
o Punctuality, reliability, honesty and respect are a must
o Recognizable organizational skills
o Understanding of safety and quality standards in logistics
o Good physical condition and a well-groomed appearance
o Flexibility in daily activities and willingness to occasionally work beyond normal working hours if required
