• As a foreman/site manager/gardener (m/f/d) you are responsible for the execution of public and commercial projects
• This includes the planning, organization and documentation of the construction process in cooperation with our site managers (m/f/d)
• You are responsible for material procurement, machine dispatch and the control of subcontractor services
• Last but not least, you are responsible for employee leadership on the construction site
• Training as a landscape gardener (m/f/d)
• Further training as a head gardener, site manager or gardener (m/f/d)
• Ability to work in a team and responsible handling of material and fellow human beings
• Friendly and customer-oriented thinking and acting
