You actively search for, select, and support suitable candidates

You negotiate contract and assignment conditions
You continue to expand and sustainably maintain our customer and candidate network
You take on administrative tasks in the HR area
What characterizes you
Completed training as a retail specialist, / businesswoman or craft apprenticeship with commercial further education
Pronounced sales flair, perseverance, and a lot of commitment
Winning personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured way of working and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
High teamwork skills and pronounced social competence
