Buffet Staff (50%)

The Swiss Life Restaurant <<Binz49>> consists of a classic self-service restaurant with around 294 seats. Every day, over 750 people are provided with a high-quality food selection. Additionally, internal caterings including meeting room deliveries are carried out. True to the ZFV philosophy, cooking is done fresh on-site with regional as well as ecologically sensible produced and fair-trade foods.

Are you our new team member who will support us as a buffet staff member (50%) immediately or by arrangement? You will usually work from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00 in a 50% workload.

Your menu of tasks:

• Greeting and advising guests
• Operating the cash register
• Plating the menus during the lunch service
• Creation of the mise en place
• Ensuring an appealing presentation of goods
• Cooperation in caterings and special events
• Completion of general tidying and cleaning work
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines

Among other things, we place great value on wage transparency and wage equality. For this position, based on a 100% workload, depending on your experience and qualification, we offer an annual salary between CHF 52'000 and CHF 54'600 (incl. 13th month salary).
