Job Description
Participate in the management of trademark and design files in several countries and follow the associated procedures: searches, filings, renewals and litigation management
Guarantee the update of the intellectual property database
Collaborate closely with intellectual property law firms
Provide support to the department in various administrative activities and manage the scanning of documents
Profile
Higher education desired
Resident in Switzerland
Required qualities
Experience in the field of intellectual property desired: trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions) and designs
Ability to manage deadlines, precision and attention to detail
Proficiency in French and English with very good writing skills in both languages
Good team spirit and adaptability
Proactivity and sense of initiative
