Job Description ##

Main missions:

• Management and supervision: Lead, plan and support teams of operators, setters or workshop technicians
• Planning and organization: Manage the workload, work preparation, production schedules and the supply of materials or tools.
• Technical and quality: Ensure the quality monitoring of produced parts, participate in the resolution of technical problems, and sometimes intervene on CNC programming or process optimization.
• Continuous improvement and costs: Monitor performance indicators (KPI), optimize production flows, reduce costs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.

We expect ##

Profile and training:

• Basic training: CFC in polymechanic / mechanic or a title deemed equivalent
• Higher education (Federal Brevet, ES, HES) or an engineering degree in mechanical engineering / microtechnology is a real asset
• Key skills: Solid background in machining techniques (milling, turning on machining centers), mastery of CAD/CAM/CNC tools
• Experience in team management
• leadership and sense of organization
• Open personality
