GASTRONOMY TEAM LEADER/CHEF DE CUISINE
Working time 100%

Your areas of responsibility:

• Direction of the entire gastronomy team including kitchen and restaurant operation for residents and guests
• Varied range of tasks including staff planning, purchasing, stock management, menu design, ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Confirmed professional and leadership experience of several years
• Flexibility, stress resistance and the ability to lead a team in a cooperative and targeted manner
• Realization and coordination of seasonal events
• Training of apprentices in cooking/service

Your profile:

• Completed cook training and several years of professional experience as a team leader or chef de cuisine
• High reliability, flexibility, sense of responsibility
• Neat appearance
• Enjoyment of contact with elderly people
• Social skills as well as economic thinking and action
• Vocational trainer course completed or willingness to follow one
• Availability for weekend service
• Good command of German, oral and written
• Category B driver's license is an asset
