Your tasks

• Responsibility for the operational management of the competence center and the implementation of the strategic direction in cooperation with the board of the Verein Bachtelen
• Further development of the services in cooperation with the management, the extended management, and their dedicated teams
• Representation of the institution towards authorities, politics, and the public
• Maintenance of a value-oriented, open, and innovative organizational culture

Your profile

• University degree in pedagogy, social pedagogy, or psychology
• Sound leadership training and several years of management experience
• Strategic, networked, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Integrative, communicative, and empathetic leadership personality
