About the role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will intervene as reinforcement during a period of high activity to ensure document management, scanning, and the processing of mail flows.

We offer you a flexible temporary mission, ideal for reconciling studies with practical and paid professional experience.

Tasks
-------

General administrative support focused on document scanning, stuffing envelopes, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

• Scanning and indexing of documents in the GED
• Formatting and processing of documents on internal applications
• Sorting, routing, and preparation of mail to be sent
• Administrative processing of exit notices

We are looking for

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel tools
• Excellent command of the French language
• Student status or profile available immediately for part-time

An asset if you possess

• First experience in an administrative support role or in the insurance sector
