Requirements regarding education and experience •Experience in professional building cleaning is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement (proper training will be provided) •Knowledge of safety and accident prevention regulations •Good German language skills for safe communication and reading safety instructions •Physical resilience and reliability The following requirements are set for performance and behavioral goals •Careful, thorough and hygienically impeccable execution of all cleaning work in accordance with hygiene plans. •Independent structuring of daily routines and work sequences in the assigned cleaning area. •Economical, resource-saving and environmentally conscious use of cleaning chemicals, water and consumables. •Prompt and structured working method to fulfill the specified area requirements within the agreed working time. •Knowledge of dosages and safe handling of cleaning equipment. •Good agreement and collegial interaction with the team as well as consideration and friendly demeanor towards residents and employees •Willingness to take on short-term replacements in cases of vacation or illness as well as adaptation to changing job requirements. •High reliability, punctuality, sense of duty and a positive attitude towards work and the team. Technical tasks: •Maintenance and basic cleaning of kitchen, office, sanitary and recreational areas •Professional surface treatment, dusting, vacuuming and damp wiping •Hygienic cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities as well as replenishment of consumables •Professional disposal of waste and separation of waste according to internal guidelines •Preservation of the value of the rooms and equipment to be cleaned •Safe and economical handling of cleaning agents, machines and equipment Personnel tasks: •Assistance with the introduction of new employees
