Soziale Dienste Uri Nord operates for the seven municipalities of the Uri Nord region and performs diverse tasks in the field of social assistance and other social services. By expanding our administration, we are creating additional capacities and further developing our structures.

Your tasks ###

• Independent processing of demanding administrative tasks
• Clarifications and correspondence with authorities, insurance companies, and other specialist offices
• Administrative and professional support for social workers
• Collaboration in the further development and optimization of our processes

What you bring with you ###

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Professional experience in a demanding administrative or specialist-related function
• Interest in legal, financial, and social insurance law issues
• Qualification or knowledge in one of the areas of maintenance assistance (Alimentenhilfe) or social insurance systems - or the willingness to undergo targeted initial or further training in these areas
• Willingness to manage cases independently after appropriate induction
• Structured, independent, and careful way of working
• Enjoyment in helping to develop new areas of responsibility and processes
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
