Introduction

For a successful and established trading company in the field of textiles, tools, machines as well as paints and varnishes, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality for internal sales. In this versatile position, you will take on a central hub function between customers, field service and internal specialist departments.

Tasks

Competent processing of customer inquiries and orders in the field of textiles

Creation, processing and follow-up of offers

Maintenance and updating of customer and master data in the ERP system

Close cooperation and coordination with the field service as well as other internal departments

Support in the planning and implementation of projects as well as special orders

Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day business

Telephone and written customer support with high service orientation

Profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in internal sales or in a similar function, ideally in the textile environment

Experience in the field of graphics, textile finishing or advertising technology is an advantage

Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Structured, reliable and independent way of working

High customer orientation as well as strong communication skills

Team spirit, flexibility and initiative

Enjoyment in professionally advising customers and finding solutions

Driver's license category B
