You will

• lead the branches personnel and professionally
• be responsible for achieving the strategic goals
• advise private and corporate customers in the areas of investments, financing, and pension planning
• manage your own client portfolio and further expand your relationship network
• actively promote and sell our banking products and services
• work closely with the various business areas

You bring

• bank-specific or business administration education and further training (Bankfachdiplom, HFBF, HFW, FH etc.)
• several years of experience in banking as well as in leading teams
• a dynamic, solution- and leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• a strong service orientation and the ability to recognize customer needs
• a broad relationship network and ideally a strong regional anchoring
