Our client is an independent construction company based in the Canton of Solothurn, which is successfully established in the market with over 140 employees. The company is characterized by its specialization in demolition and civil engineering as well as a wide range of services and places great emphasis on quality and customer orientation. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a responsible personality as a Construction Manager Demolition and Civil Engineering (m/f) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Planning, management and supervision of demolition and civil engineering sites
• Support and promotion of the construction site teams
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs of the construction sites
• Enforcement of occupational safety, health and environmental protection
• Representation of the company towards clients and construction management
• Ensuring the careful handling of machines and equipment

Your profile

• Completed training as a Construction Manager, Civil Engineer or Master Builder
• Experience in demolition and civil engineering desired
• Leadership strength, flexibility, resilience and team orientation
• Exact and expeditious way of working
• Holistic understanding of people management and project management
• Good oral and written German skills
