With over 13 years of experience and our own in-house laboratory, we work at the highest medical level. What you bring with you: Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) with practical experience. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in reproductive medicine or gynecology – or you are eager to learn new things and arrive step by step in the world of reproductive medicine. You communicate confidently and empathically in German and English. You are proficient in using MS Office and digital tools. You work independently, in a structured manner, and possess a high sense of responsibility. You feel comfortable in an interdisciplinary environment, enjoy working with various specialties, and actively contribute to a constructive team dynamic. Your tasks with us: You receive our patients, organize consultations, and coordinate appointments so that the workflow between doctors, laboratory, and patients functions smoothly. You prepare treatments and treatment rooms, explain therapies and medication instructions, and independently perform blood draws, urine tests, as well as infusions. You assist in consultations (e.g., during Hycosy) and in the operating room during follicle punctures, embryo transfers, and other procedures, and take over the care of patients before and after treatments. You empathetically accompany patients and couples through the entire treatment process, act as a central contact person in everyday life, and communicate professionally via telephone and e-mail – also with health insurance companies and partners. You take care of organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that everything remains structured and clear even in dynamic situations. You contribute your individual strengths: depending on interest and experience, you take on additional areas of responsibility, support the optimization of processes and the further development of our center, and actively contribute your ideas.
