Your tasks

• You identify and contact suitable talents for our open positions via various channels.
• You inspire candidates for Visana and ensure a positive Candidate Experience.
• You conduct initial conversations with potential talents and assess their motivation and fit.
• You work closely with our Recruiting Partners.
• You support the building and maintenance of Talent Pools.
• You contribute ideas on how we can further develop our Active Sourcing activities and make them even more successful.

Your profile

• You are a strong-communicating, open, and winning personality.
• You find it easy to approach people and build relationships.
• You possess perseverance and are not immediately discouraged by a <<No>>.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a lot of initiative.
• You enjoy convincing people of possibilities and sparking interest.
• Experience in Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Sales, Customer Service, or a comparable role is an advantage.
• What is decisive for us is not your diplomas or degrees, but your personality, your motivation, and your will to make a difference.
