Your tasks:
You are responsible for and lead HLKKS projects independently as a general project manager
Technical, schedule, and economic responsibility
Project management from conception to invoicing
Schedule planning of internal resources
Quality assurance
Cross-disciplinary coordination internally, as well as with external project participants
Preparation of project, execution, and tender documents
Specialist construction supervision
Represent the Enerplan AG project team with clients / owners
Assistance with acquisition, offers, contracts
Your profile:
FH engineer in HS/HLK, HF technician, or several years of professional experience
Several years of experience in the building services industry
Creative, cooperative, flexible personality with leadership strength and assertiveness
Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
