Personnel Consultant (m/f/d)

Wanted: Experienced personnel consultant with leadership potential (m/f/d) Location: Basel SWAG Swiss Work AG is an established Swiss company with five locations. We specialize in the placement of qualified professionals in industry, technology, logistics, construction, as well as in the commercial sector – both temporary and permanent. As a growing company with clear values, flat hierarchies and an entrepreneurial culture, we are looking for a committed personality with experience, drive – and the willingness to take responsibility for the further expansion of our branch in Basel. Your tasks • Responsibility for the buildup and expansion of your own customer portfolio with a focus on revenue development • Independent acquisition, consulting and support of corporate clients – by telephone and in person • Support of the entire placement process: recruitment, interviews, dossiers, contract negotiations • Development of sustainable customer relationships and active networking in the region • Professional responsibility for the further development of the branch with a perspective towards branch management Your profile • Several years of experience in personnel placement • Entrepreneurial thinking with demonstrable sales success and an existing network is an advantage • Strong communication, goal-oriented personality with a natural leadership claim • Enjoyment in dealing with people, paired with strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality • Very good German skills (spoken & written), other languages are a plus • Independent, structured working style and a high understanding of service What we offer you • A central role with room for revenue and design – with a direct perspective towards branch management • A collegial team with entrepreneurial spirit and drive • Clear values, short decision-making paths and a professional environment • Attractive development opportunities and performance-oriented compensation Ready to take the next step?
