To strengthen our Vevey team, the Groupe Bernard Nicod is looking for a 360° Property Management Assistant to support the management of a mixed portfolio of private and institutional owners.

You work in a true partnership with the manager and actively participate in the daily monitoring of buildings.

You intervene notably in:

• the administrative and rental management of buildings
• the processing and follow-up of tenant requests
• entries, exits, terminations and relocations
• the monitoring of technical interventions and companies
• coordination with concierges and service providers
• the control and monitoring of offers and invoices
• the preparation of files intended for owners
• the monitoring of rental statuses, vacancies and deadlines

Your profile:

• you are organized, reliable, dynamic and solution-oriented
• you have real estate training and experience in management
• you like to understand files, take initiative and work in an environment where days are not alike
