Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d)

Die Astoria Gastronomie AG is a lively gastronomy enterprise in the center of Olten. It includes the following business branches: Hotel with 38 rooms as well as several business apartments, traditional restaurant (90 SPL), specialty restaurant Bamboo (50 SPL), seminar with 7 rooms, Bar sisième (90 SPL) and terraces, Bar magazin (270 SPL).

For the astoria Restaurant we are looking for immediately:
Restaurant Specialist 100 % (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

• Guest reception and seating.
• Taking orders and special requests.
• Advising on drinks and food.
• Serving and clearing orders.
• Invoicing and cashing up.
• Daily accounting.
• Refilling drinks and goods.

Secondary tasks:

• Assisting with apéros/banquets for the various restaurants/bars

Requirements:

• Professional experience in a similar position
• You are a team player, reliable, stress-resistant, punctual and flexible
• Knowledge of current work and hygiene regulations and can implement them without problems
• Friendliness in dealing with our guests, a clean appearance and good expression in the German (ideally also English) language are a matter of course for you
