We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Team Lead in Nursing Dialysis-Practice 60-80% (m/f/d) These are the tasks you can look forward to: Leadership, planning and development of non-medical employees including outpatient clinic operations Responsibility for holistic, professional and patient-oriented nursing and treatment processes in consultation with the responsible physician Responsibility for compliance with medical prescriptions as well as the requirements of the employer and legal regulations Active participation in the development of the quality program and optimization of the daily processes of the dialysis practice Participation in clinical operations in the function of Dipl. Pflegefachperson Dialyse These skills distinguish you: Completed training Dipl.
