Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41286 Published on 09/07/2026 As part of a 100% fixed-term position, we are looking for one of our clients in the canton of Fribourg for a: Confirmed Bilingual Project Manager (fr/all) Job Description ### • Lead the teams of representatives from the pre-project phase to the building permit, in close relation with the MO • Develop calls for tenders • Negotiate with companies • Coordinate the different project partners • Manage relationships with authorities and the MO • Ensure economic and financial monitoring of your project, respect for deadlines and cost optimization • Lead a team of 1 or several works managers depending on the project size • Guarantee the safety and environment of the project • Receive the work until the lifting of reservations Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the requirements of the position within 10 days, if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not retained your application. Profile ### • Civil engineering/building or architect training (HES - EPFL) • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company on Swiss territory applied to similar projects. • You are versatile and a force of proposals • You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your representatives and collaborators • With good contact, you know how to advise and accompany clients in the construction process • You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and regulations regarding workplace safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL) is also desired • You master office software, design, pricing study and planning (Messerli, Ms project, Autocad...) Bilingual Project Manager / Fixed
