Construction Manager Civil Engineering (all) #

Your tasks

• Independent construction management of projects in road and utility line construction (water, wastewater, district heating)
• Coordination and monitoring of construction sites in terms of costs, quality, deadlines, and safety
• Leadership and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Control of execution according to plans, standards (SIA), and works contracts
• Quantity surveying, supplementary contract management, and cost control
• Carrying out construction administration including reporting, protocols, and invoicing
• Contact person for clients, authorities, and local residents

Your expertise

• Several years of experience in road, civil, or utility line construction
• Good knowledge of common standards and processes in infrastructure construction
• You have completed training as a construction manager or site manager.
• You are proficient in written and spoken German.
• Bauplus knowledge or experience with construction administration software is a plus.
• You work independently and reliably.
• You are flexible, communicative, and a true team player.
