Job description The Tribunal of Coercive Measures (TMC) is the cantonal authority competent to approve, at the request of the Public Ministry, coercive measures particularly incisive, both at the penal and administrative levels, from the Judges of the Juvenile Penal Court, the Police, a Court of First Instance, the Service of Execution of Penal Sanctions and Probation, as well as the Service of Population and Migrants. Its decisions are made by a single judge.
