For our Intelligent Automation team, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Agentic Automation Consultant (m/f/d) who acts as a technical leader for Agentic Automation and successfully combines technological competence, business understanding and innovative strength.

• AI Innovation: You identify, prioritize and realize innovative Agentic-AI use cases with strategic relevance and measurable business benefit
• End-to-End Ownership: You are responsible for the technical leadership of Agentic-Automation initiatives from the first idea to sustainable scaling in the corporate context
• Ecosystem Leadership: You provide technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams and external partners and ensure the successful implementation of complex AI initiatives
• Enterprise Integration: You shape the technical target architecture for Agentic AI and accompany the integration of AI Agents into the existing enterprise landscape
• Governance Excellence: You establish standards, best practices and guidelines for the secure and scalable use of Agentic AI
• AI Enablement: You act as a Trusted Advisor for specialist departments and management and promote the introduction of Agentic AI through consulting, coaching and enablement.
• Thought Leadership: You observe market trends, evaluate new technologies and contribute innovative approaches specifically to the further development of our Agentic-AI strategy

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You have several years of experience in the conception, introduction and scaling of automation, AI or Agentic-AI solutions in enterprise environments and have successfully accompanied complex projects with different stakeholders
• Consulting and Stakeholder Competence: You move confidently between specialist departments, IT and management. In doing so, you succeed in bringing different interests together, communicating complex topics understandably and successfully accompanying changes
• Education / Further Training: You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Technology and Architecture Competence: You bring sound knowledge in the areas of AI, intelligent automation and enterprise architectures. You understand how modern AI solutions are designed, operated and scaled, and can translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable solution architectures
• Tools / Technologies: You have sound experience with modern AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Foundry Agent Service and the Power Platform. You are also familiar with agent orchestration, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG as well as modern frameworks and methods for developing agentic systems
• Integration Competence: You have sound experience in the integration of corporate applications and data sources and understand how AI solutions can be integrated into existing system landscapes in a secure, scalable and sustainable manner. In doing so, you move confidently in the environment of SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms and modern interface technologies
• Language Skills: You communicate business fluent in German and have good English skills; French or Italian are an advantage
• Personality Fit: You convince through communication strength, consulting competence and the ability to successfully combine business and technology
