Senior Facility Specialist

Introduction

For a company operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a figure to handle the daily management of buildings and corporate spaces.

The resource will oversee offices, common areas, and meeting rooms, ensuring functionality, order, and compliance with internal standards. The role involves coordinating external suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, and general services, as well as managing internal requests until their closure. They will also be involved in planning ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, preparing technical and administrative documentation, and supporting occupational health and safety activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of buildings and corporate spaces, ensuring functionality and compliance with internal standards
• Coordinate external suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, and general services, monitoring the quality of interventions and related follow-ups
• Manage tickets, reports, and internal requests until resolution, guaranteeing timely and effective responses
• Support the planning of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, also contributing to technical and administrative documentation
• Support occupational health and safety activities, including the distribution of PPE and the verification of compliance of spaces and equipment

Profile

• Diploma in a technical field
• Proven experience in the sector in an industrial environment
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills as well as excellent ability to work independently
• Experience in supplier coordination and good knowledge of building maintenance processes
• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of ticketing and facility management tools
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language as well as English
