Tasks

• You are responsible for the holistic market and result development of the product areas Outdoor, Personalcare, Kaffee & Küche and ensure the achievement of procurement, market share, sales, profitability and quality goals.
• As a member of the management team, you actively help shape the category strategy as well as the business plan and drive their implementation.
• Together with your Purchasing Managers, you continuously develop the assortments and ensure an optimal price-performance ratio with a focus on the needs of Swiss consumers.
• You develop and implement a holistic promotion planning across the relevant sales channels (POS and Online) in coordination with the Category Management.
• You maintain national and international supplier relationships and conduct negotiations to ensure attractive conditions and a competitive assortment.
• You bear the business responsibility for your area, analyze relevant KPIs and derive targeted optimization measures.
• You observe trends and competitive developments and develop your Purchasing Managers in a goal- and result-oriented manner.

Requirements

• You have a high affinity for consumer electronics / Non-Food and mandatory experience in FMCG, Retail or E-Commerce.
• You have a basic commercial education with further business administration training or a business administration degree.
• You have at least five years of experience in a comparable position as well as leadership experience.
• You have proficient German skills and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
• You have good MS Office skills as well as sound experience in dealing with SAP.
• You think customer- and solution-oriented and convince through high commitment and willingness to learn.
• You work independently, reliably, analytically and in a team-oriented manner.
