Specialist Finance, Controlling & Projects (f/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Technical responsibility for the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting of several companies
• Ensuring correct and timely preparation of financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Responsibility for VAT returns, tax declarations
• Analysis of business development as well as creation of reporting and business evaluations
• Further development and implementation of controlling for several companies
• Participation in budget, forecast and medium-term planning processes
• Further development of financial processes, internal controls and digitalization solutions
• Support of integrations and projects

We look forward to this profile

• Further education in finance and accounting, fiduciary or a business administration degree
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting with closing certainty according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Experience in the setup, further development or implementation of controlling tasks
• Interest in digitalization, process optimization and cross-departmental projects
• High IT affinity as well as sound ERP and Excel knowledge
• Analytical thinking skills combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Willingness to visit companies and locations within Switzerland
