Your tasks

• You look after and advise our employees comprehensively and ensure high and sustainable customer satisfaction.
• You are the competent contact person for demanding insurance and pension questions.
• You support new employees when joining the company and accompany them with all questions regarding their insurance and pension situation.
• You actively develop existing customer relationships and create sustainable added value through personal advice.
• You consistently pursue the all-branch approach and advise holistically across all insurance sectors -- from health and property insurance to pension and asset solutions to individual protection needs.
• You recognize consulting and sales potential early on and professionally implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• You independently plan and realize sales and marketing activities to further develop your customer portfolio.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as a VBV insurance intermediary or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of successful experience in insurance consulting.
• You have sound knowledge in various insurance sectors and convince through your all-branch competence.
• You are a convincing personality with strong customer orientation and demonstrable sales success.
• You know how to build long-term relationships, create trust, and inspire people for solutions.
• You act entrepreneurially, recognize opportunities, and use them in the sense of sustainable customer development.
• Style-confident communication in German and French is a prerequisite; English skills are an advantage.
