Accounting & Compliance Advisor (m/f/d) Produktion Personenverkehr

What you can achieve. • You are responsible for the proper monthly and annual closing of the Division Produktion Personenverkehr and manage central closing activities such as provisions, accruals, balance sheet evidence, and financial analyses. • As a Single Point of Contact for accounting and compliance issues, you advise business partners, managers, and specialist departments on demanding accounting, reporting, and governance topics and ensure the implementation of group-wide financial specifications. • You are responsible for the functional coordination of the Internal Control System (IKS) of the division, carry out design assessments and control monitoring, and continuously develop compliance and governance processes. • You coordinate internal and external audits as well as audits, ensure the sustainable implementation of measures, are responsible for records management, and support regulatory and subsidy law issues. • You analyze complex financial matters, develop sound decision-making bases for management, and represent the division in cross-departmental projects, specialist groups, and group-wide working groups. • You actively help shape the further development of accounting processes, guidelines, and systems and contribute to the standardization, digitalization, and harmonization of financial processes within the division. What you bring with you. • Thanks to your strong analytical skills as well as your structured and responsible way of working, you maintain an overview even in demanding closing and project situations. • You convince as a competent sparring partner for managers, business partners, and specialist departments and know how to bring different interests together in a goal-oriented manner. • You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with sound closing competence as well as in-depth knowledge in the areas of accounting, compliance, Internal Control System, governance, or auditing. • You bring sound SAP knowledge as well as very good knowledge of accounting according to OR and ideally Swiss GAAP FER. Experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment is an advantage. • For this position, we require a university degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, finance, or accounting, or an equivalent education. Further training as an expert in accounting and controlling, auditor, Dipl. Treuhandexpert:in, or a comparable qualification is an advantage. • In German, you communicate business fluent in spoken and written form (level C2). Knowledge of another national language is welcome.
