An Oral Nutrition Patient Specialist

Founded in 1997, AxelCare SA is based in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and active throughout Switzerland. Recognized by health insurance companies, AxelCare contributes to maintaining patients at home through quality care via its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the home healthcare field. AxelCare offers its services in the fields of respiratory and artificial nutrition, to patients at home and in institutions.

We are looking for, to complete our Patient Service team:
An Oral Nutrition Patient Specialist
Permanent contract at 100%
Immediately or by arrangement

YOUR MISSIONS

• Through a monthly call to our patients, organize the order and ensure follow-up of compliance with nutritional treatment, by transmitting the necessary information to the nutritional referents, respecting deadlines and procedures
• Receive part of the incoming calls and process requests
• Respond to requests received by e-mail
• Maintain good collaboration with the various internal and external partners, as well as with patients

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as a pharmacy assistant
• Interpersonal ease with patients
• Proficiency in standard IT tools
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Proactivity and involvement
• Knowledge of Swiss German, an asset
