Work location: Pfäffikon SZ Workload: 80-100% Start date: By arrangement Your tasks: You develop and are responsible for the AI-First roadmap: You decide where AI makes sense, prioritize according to impact, and implement it yourself. You build production-ready pipelines for AI image and video with brand and character consistency, clean upscaling, and high quality. You bring AI into media buying: automated creative iteration, large-scale testing, evaluation, and scaling logic. You automate processes end-to-end with n8n, Make, APIs, and agents - from reporting and briefings to data flows between tools. You develop internal tools and agents that the team uses daily. You train the team with playbooks, prompt libraries, and clear standards. You continuously evaluate new models and tools and decide on the stack, with a view to quality, costs, and usage rights. You ensure clean handling of customer data, licenses, and brand safety according to revDSG and GDPR. Your profile: AI used productively, ideally in an agency, a media house, a start-up, or in your own projects. Deep practical knowledge in generative image and video production: models, prompting, node-based workflows, consistency across entire campaigns. Experience with automation and APIs, n8n, Make, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage. Understanding of performance marketing and paid social. Experience in structuring processes and anchoring them within a team. Leadership experience or the clear will to take responsibility for a team. Very confident German and English skills.
