Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing for 5-axis milling

Activity

• Set up 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control
• Independently operate 5-axis milling systems
• Manufacture prototypes, individual parts and series up to 50 pieces
• Accompany workpieces from the raw part to the finished part
• Run in programs from the technical office

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ
• Securely and independently set up 5-axis milling centers with Heidenhain control
• Securely read technical drawings
• Precisely implement drawing specifications in terms of manufacturing technology
• Fluent German skills
