Maisonneuve is committed to rehabilitation alongside people weakened by an accident, an illness, or the effects of time, by offering everyone personalized, respectful, and demanding support at every stage of their care pathway.
To cover this mission, Maisonneuve has implemented an "ecosystem" allowing for the management of patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and accompanying them at home.
We operate through three main structures:
The Clinique Châtelaine for patients following acute care, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics.
CARE Charmilles, an outpatient rehabilitation center.
Maisonneuve à Domicile, intended for patients of the Clinique Châtelaine, to ensure care upon their discharge.
In 2026, two new structures opened their doors in Belle-Terre, Thônex, consisting of an inpatient clinic, Clinique Belle-Terre, and an outpatient rehabilitation center, CARE Belle-Terre.

Heads of outpatient therapies
Your mission
As Head of outpatient therapies – CARE Charmilles, you ensure the smooth running and development of the outpatient therapeutic activity, guaranteeing efficient, qualitative, and patient-centered care, jointly with the CARE Manager and under her supervision. You ensure compliance with rehabilitation standards, therapy policy, Maisonneuve protocols, and legal requirements.
You supervise and support the teams of therapists, coordinate activities, and supervise processes to guarantee the quality and continuity of services. Through your clinical expertise, leadership, and organizational skills, you contribute to the development of CARE Charmilles, both therapeutically and in terms of partnerships.
You also pilot the activity of physiotherapists by ensuring the optimization of schedule filling, anticipating variations in activity, and implementing appropriate actions in case of under-activity, in collaboration with the CARE Charmilles Manager.
Supervision and development of teams
You animate and support the teams in a dynamic of collaboration, skill development, and continuous improvement. You participate in the recruitment, integration, and monitoring of employees, notably through the definition of objectives and evaluation interviews.
You contribute to maintaining a serene working climate, prevent and manage conflict situations, and ensure fluid communication within the team and with various interlocutors.
Quality and patient care
You are the guarantor of the quality and consistency of outpatient therapeutic services, in compliance with rehabilitation standards, scientific recommendations, and professional best practices.
You maintain significant clinical activity in physiotherapy, allowing you to retain your expertise, support teams in the field, and promote exemplary and updated practice.
You ensure the quality of communication with patients and their relatives, their satisfaction, as well as the safety of care. You guarantee the proper maintenance of patient files and the continuity of follow-up, notably in communication with prescribing physicians.
You also ensure compliance with hygiene standards, internal procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
Organization and piloting of activity
You participate in the piloting of the service in collaboration with the CARE CH Manager and the Director of Therapies. You lead and participate in colloquia, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure effective communication with medical teams, other services, and external partners.
You ensure the optimization of activity and the proper filling of schedules. You analyze occupancy rates, anticipate variations in activity, and propose necessary actions to achieve the objectives defined by the CARE Management.
You also identify needs for equipment, maintenance, consumables, and investments and transmit them to the relevant managers, in compliance with allocated budgets.
Training and skill development
You identify the training needs of the team and contribute to the elaboration of the annual training plan with the Director of Therapies and the CARE CH Manager.
You encourage skill development, knowledge sharing, and the updating of practices. You participate in the organization of training and ensure the welcome and supervision of students and interns, in collaboration with training practitioners.
You also ensure the maintenance and development of your own professional skills.
Development and projects
You contribute to the development of CARE Charmilles by participating in the deployment of projects validated by Management and by being a source of proposals to evolve therapeutic activity.
You develop partnerships with network actors, notably prescribing physicians and institutional partners.
You finally participate in the evolution of clinical practices, interdisciplinary collaborations, and therapeutic projects, with the objective of continuously improving the quality of services and the patient experience.
Your profile
Physiotherapist diploma recognized in Switzerland.
5 to 10 years of experience as a practitioner in the field and the capacity/willingness to continue clinical care for a large proportion of working time.
