As a buyer specializing in the field of fresh fish, you are responsible for the procurement and management of orders in these product categories. Your main missions include the selection and monitoring of suppliers, the negotiation of prices and contracts, as well as ensuring the availability of goods in the required quality and within the deadlines. You monitor market and price developments, ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and collaborate closely with the quality assurance, logistics, and sales departments. You also contribute, through strategic assortment management, to the optimization of costs, availability, and customer satisfaction.
