ERP & IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)

What you move

• Ensuring ERP operation & guaranteeing stability, availability & performance (MS Dynamics Business Central)
• Further development and optimization of the ERP in cooperation with the specialist departments
• ERP support & user training as well as support with master data processes
• Coordination of releases & rollouts incl. specification, testing & introduction of new functions
• Processing of support cases (1st/2nd Level) and coordination of external partners in the 3rd Level
• Co-management of the IT working environment (clients, server, network, interfaces, management platform & M365)

What you bring

• Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ or comparable qualification with professional experience in a similar function
• Professional experience with ERP systems (2nd/3rd Level), preferably MS Dynamics Business Central (BC). Server/M365 & network experience is an advantage
• Interest in processes & connections in the production environment of a textile company
• Exact, independent, proactive, solution-oriented working
• Teamwork ability, flexibility & willingness to develop further
• Very good German skills (spoken & written), good English
• Residence in Switzerland
