For one of our clients, a leading hospital establishment located in the lausanne region, we are looking for Nurses with at least two years of experience in acute care.
You will join committed teams and actively contribute to the quality of patient care in a demanding and stimulating environment.
Nurse (M/F)
Your missions
Ensure patient care according to current quality and safety standards.
Perform technical and relational care adapted to the patients' state of health.
Monitor clinical evolution and transmit relevant information to the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in the development and follow-up of the care project.
Collaborate with doctors and various health professionals to guarantee optimal care.
Ensure the traceability of care in the computerized patient file.
Your profile
HES Nurse degree or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
Mandatory experience of at least 2 years in acute care within a hospital establishment.
Excellent ability to adapt and sense of organization.
Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing interdisciplinary collaboration.
Availability for temporary missions.
