Tasks Leadership: Leadership and further development of six directly subordinate managers as well as around 30 employees. Promoting a performance-oriented, appreciative leadership culture in which individual responsibility, cooperation, and continuous development are lived. Production: Overall responsibility for the paper processing area with three production plants - including a state-of-the-art new plant - as well as management of a production area in 3-shift operation. Ensuring a safe, economical, and smooth production operation. Optimization: Analysis of relevant key figures, identification of improvement potentials, as well as continuous further development of processes, workflows, and standards with a focus on efficiency, quality, and productivity. Profile Education: Completed technical basic training as well as further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification in the field of production, process engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related subject area. Leadership experience: Several years of experience in a comparable leadership function within an industrial production company as well as enjoyment in promoting and developing employees. Production: Experience in the paper industry or a comparable processing industry as well as a good understanding of production processes, Lean Management, and continuous improvement processes.
