Construction Site Manager #

Tasks

• Needs-oriented and solution-oriented advice for our demanding clientele
• Planning, organization and supervision of construction projects
• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines and costs
• Collaboration with kitchen and bathroom planners

Requirements

• Basic training in the main building sector with additional training as a construction site manager (an asset)
• Experience in renovation and transformation in Switzerland
• Commercial talent and good manners
• Knowledge of construction administration software (e.g. Messerli) an asset
• Category B driver's license
